This year’s Law Wu Washed Anaerobic release highlights a new expression from one of our closest growing partners in Northern Thailand — a clean, bright cup with notes of black tea, pineapple, and turbinado sugar, shaped by careful anaerobic fermentation and the dedication of the Lahu farmers who produced it.
Discover the bright, floral elegance of Ethiopia Yirgacheffe. Grown by smallholder farmers of the Hafursa Cooperative and certified Fair Trade and Organic, this washed coffee shines with notes of stone fruit, lemon zest, jasmine, and dark chocolate.
